Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Queens of Clean.
Please read below our terms & conditions which we will assume have been read and accepted prior to any confirmed bookings taking place.

ON THE DAY / ACCESSING PROPERTY
It is essential we can gain access to the property on the day of your clean, if we are unable to do so you will still be charged at full price.
We will arrange with you when we do our initial visit for either the keys to be left in a safe place a secure coded safe or we will take a spare key that we will keep in our office in a locked unit.
Please note Team Queens are not liable for any loss or damage once we have returned the key either in it’s safe place (chosen by you) or coded key safe'

Parking - please let myself or Jade know if there may be any issues with parking on any of the days you are booked in for otherwise we will assume it’s ok to park where we agreed on the day of your visit.

ACCIDENTS BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE 
Please be assured Queens of Cleans have a Public Liability insurance in place which covers any damage or breakages ect within your properties, 
If in any unfortunate circumstance we do damage or break any furnishings we will of course notify you immediately we can then discuss the most appropriate action with you.

PAYMENT 
We work in advance & by doing this we make sure that you are 100 percent satisfied with your cleans.  All we ask is that invoices are paid on time which is the last day of every month, any late payments will be charged at £2 daily until your invoice is settled.

CANCELLATIONS 
If cleans are cancelled within less than 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning day a charge of 50% of usual fee will be applied, less than 24 hours notice full charge will be applied (we will review exceptional circumstances) .
Please give at least 2 weeks notice if you are going away on holiday. Team Queens are still able to clean if arrangements have been put in place by yourself, to access your property prior to your holiday. 
If we as a company are unable to attend or send a different team to clean due to unforeseen circumstances we will either offer you an alternative day OR you will not be charged.

COMMUNICATION 
Team Queens of Clean take exceptional pride in our work, we encourage clients to give us feedback as much as possible we believe communication is key.  If you feel for any reason our service is not up to standard then please do get in touch immediately so that we can discuss with you and resolve any concerns.
